On behalf of and in collaboration with the European Commission, we held the celebration of Europe Day on 9 May at the Culture House in Stockholm.

The event ran throughout the day with a comprehensive seminar program, an information market with exhibitors from business and organizations, a photo competition among Swedish schools, and a film festival with Ukrainian documentaries. The day ended in the Concert Hall with a magical concert by the Lvvis Symphony Orchestra.

The focus and setting was to support Ukraine in their fight against the Russian invasion, partly through strong real-time stories and recorded material from the front, fundraising, etc.

The entire event was livestreamed and parts of it were broadcast live on SVT, the rest is available on SVTPlay.

The success was a fact with packed seminars and exhibitions. We are already looking forward to next year's Europe Day!
