First meeting
We always want to meet in person. During the meeting, we familiarize ourselves with the customer's challenges and thoughts about the project.

Offer
We present an initial proposal for the concept, preliminary program/content and budget.

Start-up project group
Kick-off meeting with the customer's project group where we go through the project in detail, who does what and a timetable.

Production start
Project management, procurement & quality assurance of suppliers, pre-productions e.g. invitations, films, websites etc. Ongoing coordination with the project team.

Implementation
Split project manages and staffs the entire activity from start to finish, unless otherwise agreed.

Follow-up
Web-based survey sent to participants for evaluation of the activity. Delivery of documentation.
