The COVID-19 pandemic has helped create alternative ways to effectively communicate with your surroundings to the physical meeting. With the help of the technical tools that are now available, you can get close to the feeling of a physical meeting, but it also places great demands on the right content, preparation and creativity to achieve it.

Participation in the digital event can take place in different ways, for example from home, together with colleagues at work or the location where the broadcast takes place, which is often a TV studio adapted for the purpose. The primary thing is to create an event that engages everyone and is experienced personally despite the physical distance between the participants. At the same time, it is about maintaining a high professional level of implementation, both in terms of content and technology.

Through the digital event, we want to create as much interaction as possible between the participants wherever they are, and therefore we utilize all available means available from the technology providers to achieve this. The choice of platform depends on the degree of interaction and context.

In so-called hybrid events, the focus can often be on the physical meeting, but where all or part of the content is streamed to participants remotely.

We help design the content together with you, for example live interviews, speakers, pre-recorded material, awards, challenges and much more. We select the appropriate studio/broadcast location for the purpose depending on the scope, budget and desired framing of the event.

This is how we do it

First meeting

We always want to meet in person. During the meeting, we familiarize ourselves with the customer's challenges and thoughts about the project.

Offer

We present an initial proposal for the concept, preliminary program/content and budget.

Start-up project group

Kick-off meeting with the customer's project group where we go through the project in detail, who does what and a timetable.

Production start

Project management, procurement & quality assurance of suppliers, pre-productions e.g. invitations, films, websites etc. Ongoing coordination with the project team.

Implementation

Split project manages and staffs the entire activity from start to finish, unless otherwise agreed.

Follow-up

Web-based survey sent to participants for evaluation of the activity. Delivery of documentation.
