When fast-growing Curious Mind wants to gather its employees, many of whom are consultants who work out of the office, team building is the focus. The company also wants to protect its strong sustainability profile, so the mode of transport was an important issue. The choice fell on a train trip from Stockholm to Oslo for a few days in May. A destination that many have obviously not been to or visited for a long time and everyone was very impressed by this fantastic "little" gem of a big city in our western neighbor.
The setting was a variation on the Masters of the Masters - Curious Mindmästarna. In addition to competing in various disciplines in central Oslo and in Holmenkollen, everyone had the opportunity to try their own chosen activities, which was very appreciated. Or how about a sauna raft on the Oslofjord (for those who like to chill), kayaking in the canals and on the fjord (for the active), a guided tour of Oslo with a museum visit (for those interested in culture) or why not a zipline from Holmenkollen's ski jump and high-altitude course in forest terrain (for those in need of adrenaline). Of course, lots of socializing with a shared boat trip and meals that culminated with a barbecue dinner and award ceremonies on a rooftop terrace in Oslo's "hipster" neighborhood.
