With an expansion rate of several hundred percent per year in both personnel and turnover, Ecokraft has a big challenge in managing to cultivate its corporate culture. Something that it values ​​highly and works hard on. An important part of this is meeting and for the first time since the pandemic hit, it has now managed to gather all employees, new and old. The location was Vildmarkshotellet in Kolmården and the conditions were optimal. With a well-planned conference set-up and with the super professional Julia Bendelin as moderator, the kick-off got off to a flying start. It then continued with team activities, "after ski" and later a grandiose dinner with Awards, accompanied by the wonderful band Blindbergz and phenomenal emcee Julia. The closing day offered an invigorating and strenuous tip walk with lunch at Kolmården with a magical view and weather!
