NCAB Group Live is now a well-established relationship-building, digital event concept that brings together the company's employees worldwide. This time, the studio was built at the Technical Museum where we broadcast under the theme "Innovations for our future" with content focused on Innovative sustainability. During the afternoon, the company's approximately 500 employees met simultaneously across 15 time zones, which in itself is a logistical challenge. The event was of a hybrid nature where all countries were encouraged, to the extent possible, to participate jointly at their respective offices.

What did the day contain? In addition to the pre-produced features with Innovative cooking together with chef Alexander Genberg at Pontus by Tekniska and a lecture by sustainability entrepreneur Rebecka Carlsson, all countries delivered their summer greetings live, newly acquired companies were presented, in-depth interviews with Rebecka Carlsson, NCAB's CEO and other employees and, not least, the award ceremony at the annual Awards. All under the safe guidance of the magnificent moderator Anna Olin Kardell.

The day ended with a superb barbecue dinner outside in the Tekniska by Pontus garden, of course the same innovative menu as previously presented on the broadcast.
