What do you do in these times if you have companies in 17 countries, many new hires and new companies, a new CEO on the way and have a tradition of building a strong corporate culture? Instead of gathering everyone physically, we helped NCAB Group to implement a digital event from a studio at Bryggarsalen in Stockholm.

Under the leadership of excellent moderator Anna Olin Kardell and chaplain Anna Landström, the digital experience was elevated to the closest thing to a physical meeting you can get. Around 400 people attended the event and, in addition to seeing and listening to new colleagues also participate in chats and group discussions. Before the event, comments were sent in from all over the world about Eurovision and the home quarantine suddenly became really social. In other words, if only the right will is there, it is possible to get people to meet even in virus times. And anything is actually better than not being seen or heard at all...
